A Bangladeshi man was killed and another two Nepalese men were injured in a midnight gang-fight, reports Malaysian English-language daily New Straits Times.
The clash involved two Indians, two Nepalese and more than 10 Bangladeshis here at Jalan TSB 10A, Kota Damansara, on Sunday at 12.30am (Malaysian local time).
Petaling Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zani Che Din said the victim sustained serious head injuries after he was pushed by one of the attackers into the drain at the scene.
"The victim was sent to Sungai Buloh Hospital to receive treatment where he was pronounced dead later.
"Two Nepalese men were also injured in the incident," he said when contacted today.
The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code of the country.
