The Secretary General of Bangladesh Kalyan Party MM Aminur Rahman has been released on bail.
He was released from Kashimpur jail on Friday evening around 7.30pm, Secretary General of Bangladesh NAP M Golam Mostofa Bhuyan confirmed the matter to Jago News.
On December 23 last year, Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested Aminur Rahman from Shahjadpur area of Dhaka, nearly four months after he reportedly went missing in August.
Later, He was shown arrested in a case filed with Gulshan Police Station in 2015.
It is mentionable that, Maj Gen (retd) Syed Muhammad Ibrahim’s Kalyan Party is a member of the BNP-led 20-party Alliance.
