The court has rescheduled the submission date for the Banani rape case investigation report against Bahauddin Ivan on March 22.
The report was due for submission on Thursday, March 1, but the investigation officer of the case failed to submit the report on the day.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Fahad Bin Amin Chowdhury then set the new submission date.
On July 4, 2017, Ivan invited a young girl to his birthday party at his Banani residence saying he wanted to introduce her to his mother.
He violated the girl after confining her to his residence and drove her out around 3:30 am on July 5.
