Eleven leaders and activists of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) were detained when they were gathering to hold their pre-scheduled black flag program in front of the party’s central office at Naya Paltan in the capital on Saturday.
The detained BNP men were taken to the Paltan Police Station, said its officer-in-charge (operation) Abu Siddiq.
