Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced 15-member Bangladesh cricket team squad for the first match of the two match T-20 series against Sri Lanka, which will be started from February 15 in Dhaka.
BCB included five new faces in the squad for the first match of the series.
Five new faces are Abu Jahed Rahi, Ariful Hoque, Mehedi Hasan, Zakir Hasan, Afif Hossain.
Off them, Abu Zayd Rahi, Ariful Haque, Mehedi Hassan already showed their outstanding performance in last Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) tournament.
Besides, Tamim Iqbal Mostafizur Rahman and Abu Haider Rony called back into the Tigers’ squad.
15-member Bangladesh T-20 squad:
Shakib Al Hasan (Captain), Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarker, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad, Shabbir Rahaman, Mustafizur Rahman, Rubel Hossain, Md Saif Uddin, Abu Jahed Rahi, Ariful Hoque, Mahedi Hasan, Zakir Hasan, Afif Hossain and Abu Haider Rony.
