The High Court on Thursday rejected the petition filed by BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia seeking cancellation of the Zia Charitable Trust graft case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) against her.An HC bench comprising Justice Ruhul Kuddus and Justice Mahmudul Huq gave the order after hearing the petition.Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokan appeared for Khaleda Zia while Khurshid Alam Khan stood for the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) during the hearing.Earlier on 9 March, Khaleda Zia filed the petition with the HC seeking cancellation of the Zia Charitable Trust graft case.
