Mustafizur finally broke the stubborn partnership as he dismissed overnight centurion Dhananjaya de Silva for 173 just after the lunch break while Kusal Mendis, who hit his fourth Test century on his birthday, narrowly missed the double century as he fell to Taijul Islam after scoring a polish 196 runs, reports BSS.
Roshen Silva with 38 and skipper Dinesh Chandimal with 0 on the crease as the umpire removed the bails for tea break.
