Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that all the programmes of Pohela Boishakh will have to perform before 5pm on the day.The Minister confirmed this after a meeting on security issues on Pohela Boishakh held at Home Ministerial office at Bangladesh Secretariat on Sunday.The use of louder noise making flute vuvuzela and match lighter are banned during the Boishakh celebration, said the minister.He also said that the outsiders will have to leave Dhaka University campus by 6pm on the day.
