Indian Border Security Force (BSF) shot two Bangladeshi youths dead at DMC char area of Godagari upazila in Rajshahi on Saturday midnight.
The deceased Esharul Islam Mishu, 30, and Nashraf Hossain Abu, 29, of the upazila were about to cross the border with cattle when BSF personnel fired at them.
Rajshahi-1 BGB Company Commander Shamim Masud Al Ifthekar said: “A letter was sent to BSF in protest and they are trying to hold a flag meeting.”
