The Appellate Division has stayed an ad interim bail granted by the High Court to former Housing and Public Works Minister and BNP Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas.A five-member bench headed by Chief Justice SK Sinha passed the order on Monday.Advocate Joynul Abedin stood for Mirza Abbas in the hearing.
