Ferry services on Paturia-Daulatdia route resumed after 10 hours as the weather situation improved.“Due to inclement weather and strong current in the Padma river, the ferry services were remained suspended from 2 last night . . . the services resumed after 12noon as weather situation improved,” Mohiuddin Russell, manager of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) at Paturia told BSS.But, he said, launch and engine-run boat services still remain suspended due to bad weather. He said now 10 ferries out of 16 are operating now.
