Bangladesh stumper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim completed his 27th ODI half century during their second one day international (ODI) against South Africa at Boland Park on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, opener Imrul Kayes and ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan went to the pavilion, scoring 68 and 5 runs respectively.
The duo were dismissed by the Proteas spinner Imran Tahir.
Mushfiqur was not out on 53.
Till filing of this report, Bangladesh were 171 for the loss of 4 wickets in 30 overs.
Earlier, South Africa set a challenging target of 354 runs for Bangladesh.
