Khaleda returns home after 94 days

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) chairperson Khaleda Zia on Wednesday returned home after a 94 days trip to London, UK.

Khaleda Zia reached in Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport around 5:10pm in a regular flight of Emirates Airlines.

Leaders and activists of BNP and its associate bodies assembled in front of the road opposite to the airport holding banners and placards.

On July 15, Khaleda went to London for treatment and spending time with her family members.

Her elder son and also BNP's Senior Vice-chairman Tarique Rahman is now staying in London.

The BNP chief on August 8 underwent a successful eye surgery at a hospital in London. She also celebrated Eid-ul-Azha with her family members there.
