The Supreme Court will hear the appeals of convicted war criminals Jammat-e-Islami Senior Nayeb-e-Ameer Mawlana Abdus Subhan, Secretary General ATM Azharul Islamn and former Jatiya Party State Minister Syed Mohammed Kaiser on November 21.
The five-member Appellate Division bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Abdul Wahhab Miah on Tuesday fixed the date.
Earlier, the war trial tribunal sentenced Jamaat leaders Azharul and Abdus Sobhan and Syed Mohammad Kaiser to death war crimes in 1971.
