Law enforcers cordoned off a residential building at Ghop Nowapara Road area in Jessore suspecting it a militant hideout in the wee hours of Monday.
It is suspected that militants are on the second floor of the building, said house owner and the teacher of Jessore Zila School Haider Ali.
Confirming the matter, KM Azmal Huda, officer-in-charge of Jessore Kotwali Model Police Station said, a team of police cordoned off the building in the at 2am.
