Jago News beat Somoy TV 2-1 in media cup football

Jagonews24.com, a leading news portal of the country, beat Somoy TV 2-1 in Kool-BSJA Media Cup football tournament at the Artificial Turf of Bangladesh Football Federation in Motijheel on Monday.

Chief Reporter Moniruzzaman Uzzal and Staff Reporter Sayeed Shipon scored one goal each for Jago News.

Jago News Sports Editor Imam Hossain Sohel became the best player in the match.

A total of 24 media houses, splitting into eight groups, will take part in the six-a-side tournament.

Each group top team will move into the quarterfinals, which will be held on Thursday after the end of the three-day matches of the group phase.

The semifinals and final will be played in the same day on Friday.
