A suspected robber was lynched at Araihazar upazila of Narayanganj district early on Monday.The deceased’s identity could not be known immediately.Officer-in-charge of Araihazar Police Station Shakawat Hossian confirmed the matter to the journalists.According to source, locals caught a man red handed during a robbery by intercepting vehicles on Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 1am. Later, the angry mob gave the suspected robber a good beating, leaving him dead on the spot.
