The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has scrapped bail for three BNP Standing Committee member MK Anwar, Abdul Awal Mintoo and Aman Ullah Aman and asked them to surrender before a lower court within a week over separate cases.Additional Attorney General Murad Reza said, a four-member bench headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha passed the order on Sunday afternoon.The apex court also upheld the HC order that granted bail to BNP leader Tariqul Islam in four cases filed for arson and vandalism.Earlier on July 9, the HC granted anticipatory bail to the four leaders in 56 separate arson and vandalism cases.Update: 3:00 PM, 27 July 2015, Monday
