The Election Commission has fixed March 20 for the second phase of municipal polls in 10 municipalities, said an EC circular signed by EC Deputy Secretary Shamsul Alam on Wednesday.The deadline for submitting nominations is Feb 22.The election officials will examine the papers on Feb 24 and 25.The last day for withdrawing nominations is Mar 4.10 municipalities are, Rangpur’s Haragach, Brahmanbarhia, Jhalakatthi, Noakhali’s Kabirhat, Comilla’s Nangalkot, Faridpur’s Bhanga, Cox’s Bazar’s Chakoria and Maheshkhali, Jhenaidah’s Kaliganj and Feni’s Sonagazi.
