The chairperson of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Khaleda Zia has called a meeting of the party’s senior leaders in connection with its upcoming council on Mar 19.BNP Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said, the meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening at Khaleda’s Gulshan office.The party is considering the Suhrawardy Udyan, Bangabandhu International Conference Centre or the auditorium of the Engineers Institute, Bangladesh as possible venues for the conclave next month.Khandker Delwar Hossain was made the secretary general in the last council held in December 2008.
