The council of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will be held on March 19.Joint Secretary General of BNP Ruhul Kabir Rizvi disclosed this on Friday at a press conference at party’s central office.Rizvi accused the police of torture and repression on his party men and common people.BNP leaders Ruhul Quddus Talukdar Dulu, Habibur Rahman Habib and Masud Ahmed Talukdar were present, among others.
