The High Court today summoned three persons, including two doctors, for leaving gauze inside the abdomen of a lady while conducting surgery on her, reports BSS.The three accused are head of Department of Gynecology of Barisal Medical College, civil surgeon of Patuakhali and proprietor of a private clinic named Niramoy Medical.A High Court division bench comprising Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury and Justice AKM Zahirul Hoque passed the order on suo moto, asking the trio to appear before the court on August 1 and place their explanations.
