Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina strongly condemned the brutal attacks in London Bridge and Borough Market that killed seven people and injured 48 others.
In a statement to British Prime Minister Theresa May, Sheikh Hasina expressed her deep shock at the barbaric attacks and killing of innocent people.
"We strongly condemn such mindless act of cowardice. We stand in solidarity with the people of the UK," the premier said. Extending her deepest condolence to the British premier and the people of the United Kingdom, Sheikh Hasina said: "Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families at this difficult hour".
