2 arrested over attack on Bangladeshi in New York

Two teens were arrested on Friday for beating a Bangladeshi national and yelling “ISIS” at him on a Bronx street, police said.Cops arrested a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old for the January 16 attack after the younger boy’s mother heard the boys bragging to their friends about the hate crime, a police source said.The alarmed mom turned her son into the 43rd Precinct, where he gave up his 15-year-old partner, who was then nabbed at his school Friday morning, officials said. The suspects — whose names were not released because of their ages — were charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment as a hate crime. The older teen faces a list of other charges, including acting in a manner injurious to a child.Majibur Rahman, 43, from Bangladesh was wearing traditional South Asian clothing when he was attacked in front of his horrified 9-year-old niece in Parkchester. Shouting “ISIS!
