Comilla City Corporation (CCC) mayor, Monirul Haque Sakku, has got permanent bail in a case filed by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC).
Dhaka’s Senior Special Judge Kamrul Hossen on Wednesday passed the order after his lawyer asked for permanent bail on behalf of Sakku.
The court fixed June 12 for the next hearing and also transferred the case to Special Judge-8 court.
