The High Court on Thursday stayed the eviction drive of a slum ‘Porabosti’ in capital’s Kalyanpur area for three months.The High Court also asked not to harass or arrest the slum dwellers.A HC bench formed by Justice Tariqul Hakim and Justice Bhismadev Chakrabarti passed the order following a writ petition filed by Human Rights Organization Ain O Salish Kendra.
