Minister for Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader said the construction work of the Asian Highway from first week of the next month.Obaidul Quader said the work will start from Ghumdhum of Ukhia upazila of Cox’s Bazar from the first week of February at the press conference at hotel in Cox’s Bazar on Monday. The minister further said a sum of Tk 84.44-crore has been estimated for the construction of this project, which will be implemented by Bangladesh Army.
