The High Court on Monday ordered the Mohammadpur police OC to accept Bangladesh Bank official Golam Rabbi`s complaint against SI Masud Sikdar as First Information Report (FIR).The HC bench of Justice Syed Muhammad Dastagir Husain and Justice AKM Shahidul Haque passed the order following a writ petition.The HC issued a rule asking why the incident of detaining the Bangladesh Bank official and torturing him would not be declared illegal.Earlier, Lawyers AKM Ehsanur Rahman, SM Zulfiqar Ali and broadcaster of Radio Dhoni Zahid Hasan filed the petition on Sunday.
