Customs intelligence will sue business tycoon Prince Moosa Bin Shansher on charges of tax dodging, money laundering and corruption.“In primary interrogation, we found his (Moosa) involvement in the three charges of tax dodging, money laundering and corruption, and we have decided to sue him,” said Customs Intelligence’ Director General Moinul Khan at their Kakrail office on Sunday.Earlier, Moosa was interrogated for two hours from 3pm on the day by two-member investigation team of customs intelligence. He was summoned based on the seizure of a luxurious SUV, which belongs to Moosa, from Dhanmondi on March 21.
