Members of Counter Terrorism unit and local police have cordoned off a suspected militant den at Shibnagar Trimohoni area of Mobarakpur union under Kansat upazila in Chapainawabganj from early Wednesday.
Section 144 has been imposed at Shibnagar Trimohoni area.
At least four people including militant couple Abu Bakkar and his wife may have been inside the hideout in the single-storey house, said Gomstapur circle police Superintendent Mainul Islam.
The house was rented free of cost to one Abu, 30. One Saidur Rahman, 75, owner of the house, gave him the living quarters.
