To bring transparency and accountability to all its departments, the local government (LG) division of the LGRD & Cooperative Ministry issued an order on Friday to make e-tendering mandatory by January 31. In case of violation legal proceedings will be drawn up against them, an official handout said.The institutions include all city corporations and all other local government bodies.
