The Supreme Court (SC) directed three people including Environment and Forest Minister Anwar Hossain Manju’s wife to surrender before the lower court in a case filed for concealing information of the assets.The accused are Tasmima Hossain, wife of Anwar Hossain Monju, former foreign minister M Morshed Khan’s wife Nasrin Khan and his daughter-in-law Sehzin Khan.A four-member bench of the Appellate Division of the SC headed by Chief Justice SK Sinha passed the order on Tuesday.The others members of the bench are Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, Justice Hasan Foyez Seddiki and Justice Mirza Hossain Haider.Lawyer Ehsanul Karim and Aminul Haque Helal stood in favor of the accused before the court.
