Juba League activist Md. Parvez was hacked to death at Gohata area under Trishal upazila in Mymensingh on Friday night at 10pm.The tense situation was prevailing in Trishal. Additional police were deployed to control untoward situation, it is learnt.Officer-in-charge of Trishal Thana Md. Moniruzzaman ensured this to journalist.He said, miscreants hacked Parvez when he was returning his home to no. 3 Ward. Parvez died on the spot and police recovered dead body and took it to Thana. President of Trisha Upazila Juba League Jahidul Islam Jwel Sarker told Jagonews24.com that, Parvez was the member of no. 3 ward Juba League of the Upazila. Terrorists of Mayor Anisuzzaman killed him, Jahidul alleged.In this connection, Municipal Mayor A. B. M. Anisuzzaman Anis told Jagonews24.com that, he didn’t know anything in this incident.
