Nabi`s team-mates Mohamad Asghar Stanikzai and Mohammad Shahzad went unsold. However, Afghan spinner Rashid Khan was later bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs. 4,00,00,000. His base price was Rs. 50,00,000. Sunrisers also bought Pravim Tambe for Rs. 10,00,000. In another big bidding of the day, Aniket Choudhary was bought for Rs. 2,00,00,000 by Royal Challengers Bangalore. Choudhary had a base price of Rs. 10,00,000 in the uncapped fast bowlers set. He had a base price of Rs. 10,00,000. Choudhary, who plays for Team Rajasthan in Ranji Trophy, was part of the India A side which played the warm-up game against Bangladesh recently. Kerala pacer Basil Thampi was bought by Gujarat Lions for Rs. 85,00,000. He had a base price of Rs. 10,00,000. Thampi was part of the BCCI fast bowlers academy camp last June and trained under Glenn McGrath at the MRF Pace Foundation. Cheteshwar Pujara and Abhinav Mukund, both part of India`s squad for the first two Tests versus Australia, went unsold. Gujarat Lions also bought Nathu Singh for Rs. 50,00,000. In uncapped spinners set, M. Ashwin was bought by Delhi Daredevils for Rs. 1,00,00,000. Tejas Baroka was sold to Gujarat Lions for Rs. 10,00,000. Sunrisers also picked Tanmay Agarwal as an uncapped batsman. In uncapped batsmen set, Ankeet Bawane was bought by Delhi Daredevils for Rs. 10,00,000. Mumbai Indians bought K. Gowtham for Rs 2,00,00,000 as he was rewarded for a fine Ranji Trophy season. Kings XI Punjab bought Rahul Tewatia for Rs. 25,00,000.
