BNP acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said there is no democracy in the country and the countrymen now want to get relief from the rule of one party.The BNP leader said this on Friday morning after placing wreaths at the mazar of party founder Ziaur Rahman in the capital’s Sher-e-Bangla Nagar marking the 37th founding anniversary of Chhatra Dal.He said the BNP’s New Year challenge is to restore the country’s democracy.BNP leaders Shamsuzzaman Dudu, Fazlul Haq Milon, Shahid Uddin Chowdury Anni, Sultan Salauddin Tuku and others were also present.
