Two separate cases were filed with Joydebpur Police Station over the shooting two JMB men to death during a raid by the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a JMB dwelling house in Bhogra area Gazipur.Sub-Inspector of Rapid Action Battalion- 1 Selim Khan filed the two cases under the Arms and Explosives Acts on Monday night.According to case statements, on information, on Sunday night, RAB personnel cordoned the building. Sensing the presence, miscreants hurled bombs.In reply, the law enforcers opened fire. During this time two JMB men were killed and another RAB member was injured.
