Two new 32-seated minibus, given by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for Dhaka University officers, was inaugurated here on Tuesday.Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique inaugurated the buses at the Senate Bhaban premises.He expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for providing the buses in solving the transport problem of the university officers.The vice-chancellor urged the officers to work sincerely to accelerate the activities of the university.Pro-Vice Chancellor (academic) Professor Nasreen Ahmed, Pro-Vice Chancellor (administration) Professor Shaheed Akhtar Hossain, Dhaka University Officers Association President Syed Ali Akbar and general secretary M Ramij Uddin were present on the occasion.
