Rashidul Hossain, one of the founders of the Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra has died due to old age complications. He was 80.Rashidul died at 4am at the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) hospital in capital.A group of broadcasters and employees had switched allegiance from Pakistan during the Liberation War in 1971, renaming the Chittagong radio station Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra.
