A Bangladeshi cattle trader was gunned down by Border Security Force (BSF) of India in at Basalagan frontier area under Haripur upazila in Thakurgaon on Monday night.The victim was identified as Basanta Kumar, 27. Details about the deceased could not be known immediately.An official of Bangladesh Border Guard said BSF members shot Basanta while he was bringing cattle from India through the border, leaving him dead on the spot.
