At least 36 shops were gutted as a fire broke out in Gouripur Bazaar area under Daudkandi upazila on Monday morning in Comilla.Locals said that the fire broke out at Khan Super market and soon engulfed to some 36 adjoining business establishments.The origination of the fire could not be known immediately.On information, three units of fire fighters from Chandina, Daudkandi, Homna and Comilla rushed the spot to douse the blaze.The extent of losses caused by the fire could not be estimated immediately.
