Awami League joint general secretary Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif said BNP leaders not to spoil the election-environment by making provocative remarks.He made this remarks while addressing a press conference at the Awami League president’s political office in Dhanmondi on Saturday.He said, the BNP leaders in the election rallies ahead of the municipal polls are delivering objectionable and indecent remarks about the government and its ministers, violating the electoral code of conduct.Holding BNP-Jamaat responsible for Friday’s explosions at a mosque inside the BNS Issa Khan Base of Bangladesh Navy in Chittagong, Hanif said it is now clear who carried out the secret attacks.“These types of attacks have been carried out to stop the trials of the war criminals, as well as the trials against Khaleda Zia and Tarique Rahman. Only one force is active behind the attacks and that is BNP-Jamaat,” he added.
