‘World largest practical science and ICT lesson’ was held at Kuliarchar upazila in Kishoreganj to break the Guinness World Record on Wednesday.A total of 3,200 students of class V to VII from different schools of Kuliarchar upazila took part in the lesson organised by the upazila administration.Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, popular writer and teacher of Shahjalal University of Science & Technology conducted the lesson as a resource person.The practical lesson was started at 12am that continued till 1.30pm.Earlier, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Urme Binte Salam said in a press release that ‘It will be included in the Guinness World Record if done successfully.’It is mentionable that, a total of 2,900 students of Brisbane in Australia’s Queensland became the part of Guinness World Records after being taught on science at a time.The largest practical science lesson was organised by Queensland Government on 12 August 2016.
