Ferry services on the Paturia-Daulatdia route in the Padma River have resumed after four and a half hours of disruption due to deep fog.Manager of Daulatdia office of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation Shafiqul Islam confirmed the matter.He said, ferry services and plying of water vessels were suspended on the route to avert accident due to thick fog around 5 am on Saturday.Passengers and vehicle’s staff suffered a lot in winter as a large number of vehicles remained stranded on both terminals of the river.
