Bangladesh limited-overs cricket teams’ captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has been ruled out for around two months after suffering finger injury in the third and final T20 match against New Zealand at Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui on Sunday.Mashrafe has injured himself during the match while he was bowling to the star of the match, CJ Anderson who was playing with much power.Anderson hit a ball off Mashrafe that directly came to captain’s hand. Mashrafe tried to stop the ball and he succeeded. But, the shot was so powerful that made Mashrafe injured and he couldn’t bowl after that blow.After the match, the skipper went to hospital for scanning and a fracture has been found, sources of hospital said.However, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is yet to announce anything about his injury.Meanwhile, Imrul Kayes also had some injury concerns during the match and so he couldn’t bat at all. He was doing the fielding in the boundary line. He was unable to catch one high ball and had ended up diving over the sideline signage. Neither man came out to bat.Bangladesh was beaten by 27 runs as they failed to chase a target of 195 runs in the match and ended both limited over formats series with 6-0 margins.
