Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) authority have declared the campus closed for indefinite period following the BCL factional clash.University’s Registrar Md. Ishfaqul Hosen confirmed the matter issuing an office order at 10.15am on Wednesday. In another office order signed by Registrar said, male students have been asked to leave their halls while the halls will remain closed till January 1. Meeting, procession and gathering have been also banned at the campus.It is mentionable that, activists of SUST Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) general secretary Imran Ahmed and his rival groups Vice President Abu Saeed Akhand, Vice President Anjan Roy and Joint Convener Sajidul Islam Sabuj locked into a clash on Tuesday night.
