Techshohor.com Laptop Fair kicks off

Eighteenth edition of the national level laptop expo titled `Techshohor.com Laptop Fair 2016` kicked off at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) at Agargaon in the capital on Thursday.The expo arena opened for all on 10 am and Information Minister Hasanul Huq Inu inaugurated the three-day fair later on afternoon.Organizer Expo Maker Head of Operations and Coordinator of Laptop Fair 2016 Nahid Hasnain Siddique said the expo has been organized annually since 2008. Meanwhile, we organized expo outside Dhaka. The previous editions of the fair got overwhelming participation from people from all walks of life especially from young generation. Hopefully can say that the expo will break the previous record.Local and international technology product manufactures and franchises will showcase and sell their latest technology products at the three-day fair designed with one mega pavilion, 6 pavilions, 6 mini pavilions and 44 stalls.There are participation from all renowned laptop and computer accessories brand including – Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenevo, Walton Laptop, Lava, Avira, iLife, ESET, Rappo, Linex, Reve.On side-line of the laptop, the companies offered special discount and gift item on other product line including tablet computer, internet security product as well as other computer accessories. There will be unveiled some new brands of laptop at the expo arena.The title sponsor of the expo is Techshohor.com, leading technology and telecom news portal in the country. Besides, Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Walton are co-sponsor of the event. Lava roles here as smartphone partner and Avira tagged with ticket booth partnership. The overseas education consulting firm EduMaker and People’s Radio are partners of the expo.The expo will be open for all from 10:00am to 8:00pm and the entry fee is Tk 30. Besides, the school students on uniform and the Techshohor.com app users get free access into the expo arena. The ticket money will be donated to a patient with hard diseases.
