Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has declared 35% cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2015-2016 at the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held at Trust Milonayaton in Dhaka Cantonment on Thursday.Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Mr. Rathendra Nath Paul, Managing Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer, M. A. Mannan, Independent Director, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman Kamal, Director (Marketing), Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary and Shareholders of the Company attended the Annual General Meeting.Shareholders thanked the management for Company’s achievements over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business.
