State Minister for Public Administration Ismat Ara Sadeq on Tuesday said the government is very sincere in overall well-beings, including socio-economic security, of its officials and employees and their family members."Government officials and employees are the key-strength of a country. The country`s development is highly dependent on their skills, honesty and sincerity," she said.The state minister was addressing the inauguration function of renovation and modernisation of Motijheel Mahila Technical Training Centre here.She said Bangabandhu introduced staff-bus programme in 1974 and at present over nine thousand government officials and employees travelled on staff-bus at a lower cost.Bangladesh Employees Welfare Board Director General Shirin Akhtar was present on the occasion, among others.
