The trial of Ansarullah Bangla Team chief Jashim Uddin Rahmani and nine others in a case filed under Anti-Terrorism Act has started with his indictment.A Dhaka court framed the charges on them on Sunday after scrutinizing the case documents. The court fixed January 4 to hear the witnesses’ testimonies.In 2013, the case was filed with Mohammadpur Police Station. The militants were arrested from Katashur area. Police said that they were planning to gain control of a part of the country and conduct armed jihad (struggle).
