Bangladesh will surpass India to export food

‘A few days ago Bangladesh cricket team beat England, earlier the team also beat India. If we work together there is no reason to surpass India to export food,’ said Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, deputy managing director of Pran-RFL Group.He made the statement while addressing a seminar on ‘the possibility of Agro processing Industry’, second day of the 4th Edition of BAPA FoodPro International Expo 2016 at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) on Friday.‘To increase the export of food, there is no alternative to increase farmer’s production, for this the modern and technological access will increase in farming. We can produce high quality products as spend of low amount of cost,’ said Ahsan Khan Chowdhury.He said the country has a lot of potential. The growth rate is increasing consistently. If you have to hold all the people will work together.Ahsan Khan Chowdhury said, if we work together in the future, we will be able to go beyond India’s exports of processed food. Bangladesh is going forward. If this trend continues in the future, we can lead the world in the export of food products.PRAN-RFL Group Deputy Managing Director mentioned that People of all over the world like Bangladesh products. I didn’t returned with empty hand from any country, where i visited.

He said, I attended most of the fairs in the world. This fair seems to me a world-class fair.Md. Sabur Khan, chairman of Daffodil International University, Nazmul Haq Nazim, chairman of fair committee and Masudur Rahman, general secretary of BAPA were also present, among others.The 4th Edition of BAPA FoodPro International Expo has started on Thursday at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB)   and it will end on Saturday.
